Is River City a USAG member ?

River City Gymnastics is a member of USA Gymnastics.

USA Gymnastics is the sole national governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States. This designation comes from the U.S. Olympic Committee, and the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG). USA Gymnastics sets the rules and policies that govern gymnastics in the United States. USA Gymnastics has many responsibilities, including selecting and training the U.S. Gymnastics Teams for Olympic Games and World Championships; promoting and developing gymnastics on a grassroots and national level; and serving as a resource center for member clubs, fans and gymnasts throughout the United States.

Are the coaches certified ?

YES. All of our instructors are Safety Certified, members of USAG, as well as specifically trained in our exclusive Jr Olympic Training Program and Flip For Fun Pre-school Programs. Most of our coaches also have competitive gymnastics experience.

What is the teaching ratio ?

Our student/teacher ratio is 8:1 for girls and boys, ages 6 and up, AND 6:1 for preschool classes, ages 3-5.
